Services
Construct Design provides web design services: one-off website packages and a monthly design subscription. Deliverables, timelines, and revision counts for each package are described on the pricing section of this site.
Subscription, pausing & cancellation
Subscriptions bill in 31-day cycles and may be paused or cancelled at any time from your billing portal. Pausing stops billing and preserves unused days for when you resume. Work in progress at the time of cancellation is completed or handed off in its current state.
Ownership
Once paid for, delivered work belongs to you — including design files and admin access to your own website account. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Client responsibilities
You confirm that content you supply (text, images, logos) is yours to use, and you'll provide timely feedback so work can keep moving.
Liability
Services are provided with care and skill, but to the fullest extent permitted by law our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
